Together they have built a successful career as a Loan Originator, Sales Manager, Regional Production Manager, and Branch Manager.

Karen Bennett
Karen Bennett is the heart of our business! She is our Team Coordinator /Loan Officer for our Florida and Georgia offices. Her mortgage background started in Compliance at Element Home Loans and evolved to a Loan Officer 20 years ago. Karen has been married to Frank for over 39 years and still going strong! She enjoys her family time with their 2 sons and daughters-in-law plus their 5 grandchildren!
Karen is the heart of our business, maintaining our strong business relationships and always making new friends! She stands by Frank in their daily business of "Spouses Financing Houses" and loves the mortgage industry like Frank!
Kari Painter
Director of Business Development, has an extensive background in marketing and sales throughout her career as well as many years of business management experience and as a business owner. Kari's strong suit is being intentional with building strong business relationships and connecting professionals to help build their quiver. She is very active in her community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber and Chair's the Ambassadors Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors/Executive Committee at Fresh Start for Children & Families and the Emerald Coast Foundation, supporting many local children's charities. Kari brings much business expertise and enthusiasm to our team!
